Ano ano po ang serbisyo meron sa ccmc?
Meron po tayo serbisyo para sa internal medicine, pediatrics, ob-gyne, surgery, ophthalmology, ent. Meron din po tayo mga subspecialty tulad ng sa gastroenterology, neurology, psychiatry, diabetology, infectious diseases, cardiology, pulmonology, orthopedic surgery, nephrology and rehabilitation medicine.
Magkano po ang babayaran sa ospital kung sakali po maadmit?
Me programa po si mayor oca malapitan sa pakikipagtulungan ng philhealth kung tawagin po natin ay ORE (on site rapid registration). Ito po ay libreng philhealth membership na binayaran na po ni mayor malapitan sa loob ng isang taon. Ang mga pasyente po na admit ay wala po intindihin sa gastusin. Lahat po ng bayarin sa ospital kasama po ang gamut at laboratory procedures ay charge sa philhealth.
Me bayad po ba kapag magpacheckup sa OPD at ER? Laboratory?
Wala po bayad ang checkup natin ditto sa ccmc. Ito po ay alinsunod sa kautusan po ni mayor malapitan na ilibre po ang serbisyo pangkalusugan sa ating ospital.
Sa mga laboratory naman po ay may kaukulang bayarin ang mga pasyente. Kung sakali po at wala kakayahan ang mga pasyente magbayad, pwede po sila lumipat sa ating social worker o kaya po ay sa opisina ng hospital administrator para sa kaukulang diskwento.
Sino po ang pwedeng lapitan ng mga pasyente sa ospital na walang pera kung mangailangan ng tulong lalo na po sa disoras ng gabi or holiday po?
Meron po tayo naka-assign araw-araw na kung tawagin natin ay senior house officer (SHO). Pwede nyo po sila lapitan at hingan ng tulong tungkol sa inyong mga pangangailangan sa ospital. Meron din po hotline ang ating ospital kung saan pwede po kayo magtxt or tumawag para po sa nais ninyong tulong or hinaing.
Kanino po kami pwedeng magfile ng reklamo sa empleyado ng ospital?
Kung office hours po pwede kayo pumunta sa office of the hospital director or sa office of the hospital administrator.

Mas maganda po kung gumawa po ng sulat ang nagrereklamo upang mabigyan po natin ng pagkakataon ang amin po empleyado na masagot ang inyong reklamo at maipaliwanag niya ang kanyang panig.
